Stollen is a German holiday bread made with rum soaked fruits kneaded into a rich spicy dough. It is rolled out and a strip of home-made marzipan is laid in the centre. It is then folded into the shape of a stolle. After baking it is brushed with melted butter and dredged in sugar.

The finished product is beautifully wrapped for gifting.
