Emmer is one of the ancient grains that is called Farro in Europe along with Einkorn and Spelt. It has a nutty chewy flavour. Sprouting (malting) the grains contributes to a naturaly sweet flavour with a dark crust. Made by the sourdough method, the ground emmer is blended with organic white bread flour.

These and a pinch of salt are the only ingredients. Baked in our wood-fired brick oven. 750 gr loaf
