Our holiday fruit cake is chock full of rum-soaked fruits and nuts, slow baked and draped in home-made marzipan. Each cake is also brushed with rum and brandy before being topped with a hand- decorated gingerbread snowflake cookie. The are then beautifully wrapped for gifting.
There are only 48 cakes available and they have been aging for weeks. When they are gone, that's all until next year!
