"Baking for a Living", a 4-day professional course in October, Festive Yeast Breads, Baking with Ancient Grains and Beer Barm, Cake Decorating, A Pizza Master-class with Sarah from Riso Fine Foods, Mediterranean Desserts, Kids’ Holiday Baking and a Spring Break Camp.
