This Spring, we’ll be offering more our popular classes: Artisan and Sourdough Breads, Bagels and Flatbreads, Pastries, Chocolate, Pizza and Italian Cooking classes. We will also be introducing some new and exciting courses:
"Baking for a Living", a 4-day professional course is back in March, Spring Break Camp for Kids, Baking with Ancient Grains Mediterranean Desserts, Teas to Impress and Pizza Master-class with Sarah Wallbank.
Artisan Bread School is back in June.
Custom courses and training are always bookable as well.
