Baking Days and Class Schedule:

We have arranged the following 'pop-up' baking days:

  • Jan 15th Sourdough Breads (Sold out!)

  • Jan 22 Croissants, and Vienoisserie (Order sheet page will go on-line on Sunday 17th)

  • Jan 29 Wood Fired Bagels and Chelsea Buns (Order sheet page will go on-line on Sunday 24th)

  • Feb 12 Valentines Baking Extravaganza!

Classes are again suspended until we can gather safely and we will give an update after February 5th and publish our new spring schedule
