Custom Training for Artisan Bakers
Seraphina’s Oven rose from an idea to have a workspace next to a wood-fired brick oven. The enthusiasm and support of the community helped it evolve into a fully equipped bakery.
Seraphina’s launched at the end of 2018 and ran a full schedule of classes in the winter and spring. We welcomed hundreds of students, both professionals and SHBs (Serious Home Bakers), as well as children’s, custom classes and special events.
We also offer a consulting program for the trade from start-ups and expansion, formula configuration, dessert menu creation, equipment acquisition and staff training programs. Our experienced team will construct custom solutions for you and are available to travel world-wide to meet your business needs.
We are coming to the end of our spring teaching schedule. Thank you all for your support over these last 14 months!
When we re-open for classes in the fall hopefully, we will be back to 'normal'!
